Privacy Policy

I diligently protect my clients’ privacy by following professional standards regarding client confidentiality. These professional standards include the attorney-client privilege and its duty of confidentiality.

In the course of providing clients with legal services, I will obtain personal information from them. That information includes, but is not limited to, (i) personal contact information (e.g., name, mailing addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses); (ii) information gained from communications with my clients, such as emails, telephone conversations, and meetings; and (iii) any other information that clients share with me.

I do not disclose information regarding my representation of clients except as they authorize, or as is required or permitted by law. I do retain records relating to my representation, which helps me to follow professional standards and to serve my clients’ legal needs effectively.

If you are not yet my client, I do not collect any personally-identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily submit such information to me, such as by submitting information via the “Contact Me” portion of this website or by sending an email to me.
