On September 26 and September 27, I will present at seminars hosted by Merrill Lynch. The seminars will feature several speakers discussing current issues facing retirement plan sponsors. My portion will consist of explaining common issues that the Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor are finding during their retirement plan audits, as well as the state of ERISA litigation.
