On Tuesday, September 20, I will present at a seminar that I am co-sponsoring with Castle Rock Investment Company.  Any independent brokers and insurance agents who provide services to retirement plans and/or IRAs are welcome to attend.  My presentation will cover topics such as:

  • How to minimize your exposure to liability: steps for complying with the new rules.
  • The current onslaught of ERISA litigation: what should you tell your clients about how to protect themselves from the common allegations in these cases?
